As a company, and a school,
We're using cisco phones as part of our campus wide paging system. Which we need to have for compliance with OSHA.
With webex calling we can lock the volume level to max. So pages can be heard clearly. Which is great for OSHA.
BUT if we do this, then people can't set custom audio levels for headset, speaker phone, rings, extra. Which we need to do for ADA compliance.
it would be great to be able to set/lock the volume level for paging, without locking volume level for everything else. So people can still set the apporpate volume levels for phone calls.
