Detect Phone moved, And Alert

We need to matain accurate location information for 911.

It would be great if webex calling could automaticly detect, and alert us to a physical cisco phone move is moved.

IE: the phone knows it's plugged into switch 1, on port 1. If it then detect it's now on port 2, and or the switch it's connected to changes, then it should detect the phone as moved, and alert us of the change so we can review, and update the 911 information.
