When joining a meeting link for a meeting scheduled in the future after DST is over, show the correct future time

When joining a meeting link for a meeting scheduled in the future after DST is over, show the correct future time. Currently, if you join a future meeting that was scheduled during DST, but the meeting is outside DST, the pre-join window shows a time in the future off by one hour.
