Ability to remove record button with Selective Recording in Webex Teams

Currently when you have selective recording enabled all end users in webex teams, when on a call, will have a recording button even if you remove it from the soft key template. Customer is concerned about all end users have the option to record and violating call recording laws.

    Selective Recording in WebEx Teams gives ability to select the users/administrators and have some control on what gets recording and keep track of it. If the record button is just available there (without any control), its a Legal issue too.

    Jabber has the record button hidden ( no one knows it's there)
    Our migration to Webex App now has the record button in clear view
    Webex App has the big red record button pop up once your call is connected. This entices users to press the button and have the call recorded.
    Hard phone have the ability to remove the record softkey button. which allow us to limit who has access and not lose the ability for our contact center application to record select calls on any device. As we us extension mobility
