On the multi call window Line display Missed call & Voicemail instead of one or the other

Customer requires more clarity in the display for Multi call window if a missed call is displayed it will only show a missed call, but if a missed call is displayed and a voicemail is left it will still only display a missed call and not the voicemail icon.
