Admins want to have the option to use user IDs (alphanumeric IDs) as primary identifiers for the SSO claim configuration instead of email ID (current method).

While email is a very common use case, an assumption can be made that everyone's email is publicly available, and lack of other claims configurations may restrict the ability to use solution to meet certain business requirements.
