WxCC Address Book, Add button and add box alignment

To add a new entry to the Address Book, an administrator needs to scroll to the bottom of the list and hit the plus button; the form for the new entry is at the top of the page and the administrator then has to scroll to the top to enter the new address. It would be efficient to have the add and the entry box and the save button align.
