Need cameras selection appear PRIOR to the possible layouts (Group, Frames, Speaker, Manual)

Customer wants to include only the available layouts based on the camera selected. ie If we select a PTZ camera, the Group, Frames, Speaker aren't options for selection until I move back to a camera that is capable of it.

When there is a call, If we need to mute or adjust any other adjustments, we return to the home screen on the touch panel. When we return to camera control, it brings up all the layouts, albeit the manual mode is highlighted, but we would hope it would drop us into the manual menu. This appears to provide options that aren't available based on the camera that's selected. In customer set up with two quad cams, customer would expect to be able to select frames or speaker from either.
