Toggle to disable monitoring on external transfers

Currently supervisors monitoring a call will continue monitoring when a call is transferred. This is fine for internal transfers but there is a potential for privileged conversations to be listened into. Setting up a toggle to be able to disable this monitoring would help to prevent privacy breach risks
