Schedules at tenant level Webex Calling

The ability to have schedules (open/closed, holidays) at a tenant level (not location level). For context, this customer will have c.500 locations all with the same schedules (being the same brand). Currently this necessitates c.500 schedules (all with the same configuration). Subsequent brand level changes would require c.500 parallel changes.

This is under consideration, but not in the immediate six-month roadmap. You can use CSV to bulk-provision schedules across locations. Not ideal, but can cover your case until enterprise-wide schedules are implemented. Please visit the Collaboration roadmap on SalesConnect for more information. You can find additional information on Webex Calling Coming Soon as the release date approaches.
