Running old versions of Webex even without Cisco support

I suggest that Webex apps with versions up to 2 years old are still executable even without support from Cisco. Why? I work at IBGE, a Brazilian company, which uses a mobile data collection device in statistical research and this equipment has limited hardware and accepts a slightly older version of Webex. 2 years would be a reasonable amount of time for the company to renew its data collection devices.

    At IBGE we have demand for approximately 100 thousand pieces of equipment, which are used to collect data for economic and population research. This issue is of utmost importance for IBGE’s work.
