Add Ignore button to softkey template

Currently there's only the option to add iDivert or Toggle DND in the softkey template, but the Ignore button is presented (along with Answer and Decline) when actionable incoming call alert is enabled.

iDivert is causing major problems in my environment, and Toggle DND puts the responsibility of disabling DND on the end user (creating even more problems when they forget). I'd like to be able to use the Ignore button in the Ring In call state in the softkey template- it clearly already exists in the CUCM programming, so I'd like it to be useable in the softkey template.
