Workspace Phones Can't Pickup Other Lines

The customer can add a workspace to a call pickup group and get the pickup function (*98) to work. But I can't get *97+extension or "pickup" softkey to work. Also, monitored lines can be added to workspaces but they also can't be used to pick up the ringing line like user-based phones can.

For example: If the customer sets up one pickup group with the following :

user 1

user 2

Front Desk (workspace)

Any of those members can use the group pickup *98 and this works. However, user 1 and user 2 as users can do directed pickups using *97 but for some reason the Front Desk workspace phone can’t.
