Hope to set a switch that host can control all attendees before joining meeting with camera on/off status

Hope to introduce a new feature that sets a switch to let the host set all users before entering a meeting with the camera on/off status, when they join the meeting, just like allowing all users to enter a meeting in mute/unmute statusv
