Enable a social_sign_in option for agent desktop like webex_App

when admin enables social_sign_in in CH org_setting,

it only applies to web.webex.com,

it does not apply to WxCC agent_desktop login page,

user would like to access agent desktop(eg: desktop.wxcc-jp1.cisco.com) with social_sign_in option.

would you pls consider this login flow in CC client?
