Modular Client- Messaging and Calling only

Customer uses Zoom for Meetings and Msft for messaging. Want ability to enable Messaging as backup but unable to turn off Basic Space Meetings if Basic Messaging is enabled. Told that this is a change as a result of the new Webex Suite Meetings Experience. Goal: Ability to have Basic Messaging and Calling enabled with all Meeting types disabled
