Enhanced Communication Record Retrieval Feature

This feature request proposes the integration of a functionality within the platform that mirrors the user-friendly approach currently employed for accessing attendance reports. Users and customers should be empowered to effortlessly retrieve mail and communication records, including invitations and reminders, through the same intuitive interface. This enhancement aims to streamline the user experience, providing a cohesive and efficient means for managing both attendance and communication data within the platform.
