Assign same email of a workspace to other devices workspaces as shared email on Control Hub

Assign same email of a workspace to other devices workspaces as shared email on Control Hub, the workaround by creating alias email on Office 365 admin not a solution, we need direct solution to assign same email for upto 3 or 4 devices.
