We have at least one case (696362583) in which the Customer is kindly asking for segregated Virtual Background options between Internal and External WebEx Meeting participants, please.

Specifically, internal users to use only admin uploaded virtual backgrounds, at the same, external users to only have the option to upload their own backgrounds and use it in the meeting without accessing admin uploaded backgrounds.
