Recording a meeting without the video participants

Recording a meeting causes the participants to disable because participants feeling uncomfortable to be recorded. It would be nice to have a feature where recording a meeting is possible without the video from the participants or only recording the video from speakers or organizers or selected participants by the meeting organizer.
