Show speaker track diagnostics in web admin GUI (snapshot)

Showing speaker track diagnostics in web admin gui will allow administrators to see what the camera is focusing on during a meeting (snapshot). This would help to troubleshoot and answer why a camera is focusing on a specific person or why the camera is not changing views at all during an actual event. Many times troubleshooting after the fact leads to different results when everyone has left the room or the room condiditions have changed.
