Currently when an agent is chatting with a customer the customer can see the chat bubbles on the IMI chat widget. When the customer is typing the agent does not get the bubbles. It would be good if the agents can see if a chat is being replied too so they stay on that interaction.
Isn't this rather elementary that the agent would be able to see just like the customer? Surprised that it is not there and that we are having to ask for it.
