Customize Alternate VTC Instructions Page

On Teams Meetings invites with Cisco VIMT details there is an "Alternate VTC Instructions" hyperlink that goes to www.webex.com/msteams/confid=<VTCmeetingID>&tenantKey=<tenant>&domain=m.webex.com. This page desperately requires customization and can serve as a great location for an organization to share instructions to their employees and guests. I have attached a mock up of areas that should be customizable.
