Setting to change "Firstname Lastname" to "Lastname, Firstname"

Our customers want to see the names in the order "Lastname, Firstname" and not as currently set "Firstname Lastname". So a switch in the settings of the app is needed, so that this logic is shown (for this user) in all sections (Messaging, Contacts, Add users to a scheduled meeting etc.). In a running meeting you should have the ability to change the order of the participants list from "Lastname, Firstname" to "Firstname Lastname".

Many of our customers change from a previous client (Cloud PBX 1.0) to the webex client (Cloud PBX 2.0) - and they are missing this feature to select the order of the displayed name. Attached are the screenshots of the old client.
