On Cisco IP Conference Phone 8832, the pickup-information-screen fills the entire display, so the labels of the softkeys are hidden.

The softkeys can be used, but you dont see the labels. You have to know by memory, which softkey is used for picking up the call. Or wait, till the pickup-information-screen disappears.

The height of the pickup-information-screen should be reduced, to make the labels of the softkeys visible all the time.
