Cordinate with the button mute to unmute in Cisco endpoints

Feedback on the new mute functionality. Customer while gets this for privacy concerns, it really makes the conference room unpleasant experience.

Customer now basically have to tell users to use the *6 to unmute themselves since they often mute the rooms. Shame that this functionality is not tighter with Cisco end points as that is the value proposition

Ideally it would be coordinated with the mute button in the room as it is an all Cisco to Cisco conversation,similar the layout button on a codec should control the layout, not have to press 2 and 8

    Totally agree here. At the very least, devices registered with Webex Edge for Devices, or ones that are cloud registered, should be able sync the mute button status with Webex (to avoid the dreaded double-mute), and also the layout button should also function rather than having to use DTMF tones.
