The assigned co-host name to be visible on the Calendar meetings boxes and in the meeting's invitation

The customer noticed that when they scheduled a meeting for the Webex Scheduler for Outlook, the host wasn't able to monitor the co-host names as they are able to do from the Webex site. As a result, they suggest adding an option to check the names of the hosts from the Calendar of Outlook for all the scheduled meetings.
