Voice Portal Attendant to provide PIN parameters when user changes PIN

There should be an option for the Voice Portal attendant to provide the user the required parameters for creating a new PIN. User's will often attempt 4 digit pins, repeated or sequential numbers and subsequently fail which generates IT calls because they simply don't know the parameters.


I'm surprised this isn't already a feature as it would benefit, users & support technicians alike.


Please vote for this feature to generate less IT calls.
