Toaster Popup when WXCC Agent Desktop Disconnected

Currently when there is network issue, then Agent desktop disconnects

and if its more than 2minutes it logs out...An agent working on other documentation or applicaiton without aware of this

Instead if he/she notified by any means like pop up window or toast message

Task bar flashing...will be much helpfull for agent to login back
