Increasing Global Variable Limit to More than 100

As of now, Global variable limit is setto 100 per tenant

There should be an option to get more as per the business requirement

as Global variable is the only means of activating desk status or meeting or any other call control decision in a flow for an supervisor we can grant them access to GV

depends on number of desk or queue this will proportionally increase
