Expand the current API to access the Webex Control Hub Portal

Currently the Control Hub API does not expose all data that we see available in the portal. More should be added to empower customers to leverage their own in-house reporting solutions.
In particular “Occupancy” is highly valuable and can be prioritized by the product team.
