Device Status report on Control Hub

Currently, a device status report does not exist in CH-Reports-Devices.

(Only reports available are: Rooms and Desk Details, VIMT Usage Report, and Device Power Consumption Report)

The only option is to go to Devices-Select all-Export to CSV-and select Status + other device attributes

The CSV is not a "true" report and requires admin manual intervention, so we would want to add a report where device status, MAC address, and serial number are the only data points
