Fax to E-mail as a PDF file.

In our organization, we would like to eliminate incoming faxing by using the Fax to E-mail functionality in Webex, but we are having problems with certain restricted users whose computer systems are out of our control opening TIF files with multiple pages. This is particularly true with the Web version of Outlook, which is what these restricted users use, and users that have Android phones attempting to open the TIF file in the Gmail App.

In these cases, having the fax sent through E-mail as a PDF rather than a Multiple page TIF file would solve this problem, since they can easily open a PDF file within their E-mail client without issues. It would also help us with filing, since most of our E-filing and archive systems better support PDF files.
