Voicemail to E-mail as MP3 / M4A file

Have the option to change the Voicemail file that is sent from Webex to a users E-mail, to be an MP3 or M4A file, or rather than a WAV file.


These formats are well supported on all modern desktop and mobile platform and would especially help when attempting to listen to a voicemail on a restricted network, such as a slow mobile connection.
