Show a Desk Mini or Desk Pro as healthy in Webex Control Hub when Ultrasound Max Volume is lowered

Currently, when a Desk Series device (Desk Mini or Desk Pro) is deployed and the 'Ultrasound Max Volume' setting is lowered, Webex Control Hub provides the status of the device as having "Issues", saying that "ultrasound pairing may fail." We intentionally lower this setting for devices in certain environments to decrease the likelihood of people unintentionally connecting to a device. From Webex Control Hub, this provides false reporting that many of our devices are having "issues" when in reality that is an intentional setting.
