Change location of success notifications in Control Hub

The notifications that pop up in the right-hand corner often cover up the save button for features you're trying to work on or other things that you need to click. It can be frustrating to need to close 10 notifications before you can move on to your next task.

    Anyone who has used control hub for more than 5 minutes will know this issue is very frustrating. Adding an extra click every task is such a waste of time.
