[Control Hub] Please make the content of Devices page to load to bottom

When looking at Devices page in Control Hub, the list of IP Phones and its users gets loaded only when you scroll down.


When there are hundreds of device users, it's difficult to check on each users while the page loads every time, hence we would appreciate if the Devices page will initially load to the bottom.
