User Community Feedback

My organization uses Webex to send news, announcements, etc. to our associates. We've received feedback that long posts are difficult to read and make searching the posts difficult.

It would be helpful if there was an option to send long posts in a condensed format. The post would display only the first four/five/six lines, then provide the option to expand.

This would allow us to provide full details directly in Webex without overwhelming associates. They could expand the post as needed, while still being able to quickly review the post history and searches.
