MS SQL SaaS for ICM

We have received a request from one of our valued customers about the potential to support MS SQL as a Service for ICM deployments (Logger/HDS). They are currently using the traditional SQL running on their provided and built VM based on individual application requirements. This deployment method is in line with our current support structure.

However, our customer also has an internal MS SQL as a Service setup hosted in their Regional Strategic Data Centers. They have expressed interest in knowing if we have plans to accommodate this setup in our future roadmap, especially since their MSaaS is hosted in the same data centers where ICM Central Controllers are deployed.

The implementation of this service comes with pre-defined T-shirt sizing (Small, Medium, or Large) to optimize their license exposure and fully leverage the underlying hardware. This structured setup has the potential to streamline deployments and improve efficiency.

We kindly request the team to consider this as a potential enhancement to our service offerings. This feature may not only be beneficial for this customer but could also be advantageous for other clients with similar setups.
