Add a depedency record feature comparable to CUCM

In CUCM, the dependency record feature allows you to search backawards from a TN, DN and determine what functions it is tied to. Webex doesnt have such a feature. In my specific case I have no easy way to seeing what hunt group(s) a particular TN in Webex is tied to. The only solution in Webex is to run an export and then search that export for the information
