add a feature to disable the [not in the meeting] in participants bar 。

it‘s extremly inconvenient that the ones in the meeting are able to see the guys who are absent from the meeting.

if we can add a feature which can make Host/admin be able to disable(hide) the [not in the meeting] in participants bar from Control_hub or Meeting to avoid such behavior.
