Organization wide or Location based setting for default device in Webex App

Currenlty in the Webex app the default device for all users is "My Computer" We would like the ability to set the default device to the IP Phone as the default device either by Organization wide or Location Based. 98% of our users have physical 8800 series IP phones. The Webex App defaults to "My Computer" for the default device.
