WebexCC Agent Overage Enforcement Request

Hello,

Would like to submit a request to have a setting enabled on WebexCC for enabling/disabling the agent overage feature. The setting will allow organizations to prevent agent overages and thus send an alert/notification when the licensed agent count is reached. We would like to control this and be notified and address versus allowing users to login while over the licensed limit and thus incur charges.


This feature currently exists in UCCX however do not see it as available in WebexCC.
