Enable Delegated Scheduling and Access to Previous Meeting Participant Lists for Assistants

We propose the implementation of a feature that allows assistants to schedule meetings on behalf of others, coupled with the ability to access participant lists from previous meetings. This enhancement aims to streamline collaboration and meeting management, providing assistants with a convenient and efficient way to organize and review historical participant data.
