Microsoft Teams Webex Calling app(let) should hide Voicemail tab when CCUC Voicemail option disabled

Microsoft Teams Webex Calling app(let) in UCM mode should hide Voicemail tab when CCUC Voicemail option is disabled.

Starting in Webex Calling app(let) 2.1, visual Voicemail tab became available to MS Teams users in UCM calling environment.

But this visual Voicemail presentation relies on CCUC agent connectivity from the Unity Connection servers on-premises -- CCUC > Inventory > Unity Connection cluster(s) > Details > Details > Service Management > Voicemail ... instead of direct on-premises-or-Expressway access to voicemail messages through the native Webex App.

Some customers may not wish to activate the CCUC Voicemail option, given privacy concerns over the transit of voicemail metadata and audio files, and currently the Team's based Webex Calling app(let) 2.1 presents a red Error message to the user ... correction, now a more neutral mesage: "Contact your admin to get your voicemail set up".

Maybe an option in Control Hub is needed to select whether to display the Voicemail tab in the MS Teams interface.
