Provide the Webex calling rtp stat from the Webex node in order to ascertain whether the Jitter/Packet loss problem is related to the user network or Webex.

The Webex analytics page indicates that the call statistics for Webex calling are bad, and there is a red indicator pointing from Webex to the user's network. Therefore, it seems that Webex is the root of the network/jitter problem. At the same time, a disclaimer indicating that there was significant jitter on the user's end is seen.

It is not possible to pinpoint jitter or packet loss issues caused by Webex since Webex nodes do not give RTP statistics and cannot record calls that have previously ended.

For us to identify whether the problem is with Webex or the customer's network, kindly provide the feature to provide the Webex rtp stat for each call under the analytics page.
