Deactivated tablet should not ring at an incoming call

A tablet which is deactivated still rings at incoming calls. As a customer I would like to ring my desk phone only and not the tablet. Therefore I deactviated the tablet in the portal, but it still rings. From my customer perspective that is a bug and should be fixed.

We as Deutsche Telekom had several customer complaints about this behaviour and would kindly ask for a quick solution.

Cisco`s Feedback so far:

“This is actually working as designed.
The Location Control FAC will only block the terminations to the device (in other words, the AS will not send an INVITE to that device), but has no effect on the originations or call retrieve, and also will not affect Push Notification.

This is also explained in the Service Guide:
"Disabling a location has the same effect as preventing call termination and has no effect on the ability of the user to originate calls or retrieve calls from that location. Message waiting and call information notifications continue to be sent to a location that is deactivated.

Engineering confirmed that this is the expected AS behaviour and that a CR/FR will be needed to change it.
