Push-2-Talk allow user's by user group

As part of risk management, you may have to add user(s) to push-2-talk on all phones. It would be great if you could assigin a group of user to a user, or workspace to allow push-2-talk.

Right now, any time you have a change, you have to manully add/remove the user from hundreds of phones.
