Name Label also comes under face recognition section on the Control Hub, why it works when People Insights is disabled but TITLE feature does not?

Name Label also does not require People insights profile to be enabled.

TITLE feature should not have a dependency to enable People Insights profile.

The information icon (i) already shows that People inights and directory connector should be enabled but that should not be the case. As Name Label even Title needs to be allowed atleast for Internal Users without People insights feature.
