Scheduling Templates Automated Close Caption Setting

Per TAC case 696641903, unchecking the Closed Caption setting on the Scheduling Template for Webex sites does nothing as regards automated closed captioning.

There should be a setting for automated closed captioning. At currently, this can only be managed by creation of a user group, and creation of a Scheduling Template, with the latter being assigned to the former, and applying all meetings on all sites hosted by the users within the group.

It is not possible for a single user to host sessions that both have Closed Captioning and sessions that does not. It should be possible to manage per user/ per site with session types.

If created, the setting should either be able to be checked (automated closed captioning automatically enabled) or unchecked (automated closed captioning suppressed).

This is important due to the incoming persistent captions functionality in the new Meetings Suite version releasing in 2024. For legal reasons, persistent captions cannot be saved for some sessions, but should be/ can be saved for others.
